Summary: Great hotel but the check-in staff was far from friendly far from helpful and far from nice, but the rooms were clean. The restaurants were really nice. The bar and restaurant staff were very nice.

Summary: The resort was nice with direct access to the beach. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet and onsite Starbucks, food and drink options. Beds could use some improvement. They were not very comfortable and made a lot of noise. AC was also quite noisy in the evening. Some staff members seemed annoyed when asked questions. Pool was dirty at times with some floating debris. The direct beach access was great and never had an issue finding parking even with the busy July 4th holiday. My credit card was run twice for 1st night placing a pending transaction for 2 nights. Overall would probably stay here again.

Summary: I travel approximately three times a month and we stay in Hilton‘s. With that being said, this was the worst bed I have ever slept in all of my travels. The mattress was thin, worn out and offered no support or softness and every time you would move in the bed the whole frame would shake and make a lot of noise. During my three day stay the TV did not work even though I spoke to the front desk three times a day asking them to fix the TV. This hotel also charges $10 per day per person in addition to other resort fees, etc. for a wristband so that you can walk in and out of their property. I will not be staying at this hotel again and would never recommend it to friends, family, or colleagues.

Summary: We love this hotel! It's super clean, the pool is awesome and we love the beach access. There is a restaurant/bar onsite and a starbucks. Friendly front desk and cleaning staff.
